Since the data is in excel, you can easily review past months, whip up some ad-hoc graphs, etc. It lists everything that my wife and spend, save, or owe broken into categories and further classified as check, cash, keep in checking for debit/credit card transactions, or move out of checking into various other accounts (savings or other checking accounts that we just use as additional buckets for separating our money from the main account).
